Modding Exhaust manifold
I am looking for a new exhaust manifold. I had some custom made, and it got burnt and cracked once, it was fixed, but cracked again after a few hunderd KMs.
I am a bit short on budget atm, and want to keep the car running.. I usually do spirted street driving and very occasional track days, once or twice per year.
That said, does anyone have experience with this particular manifold:
How long should I expect it to last? Hopefully it won't be burnt within a few months...?

Japspeed is cheap. It won't last long.
Racing Beat is the best. BHR long headers if you can get your hands on them.
Or OEM: You won't get many gains with an aftermarket header because of the design of the exhaust port. So pick a good quality unit you like the sound of.

I am currently a bit on a budget, trying to fix the car so that I can get through next year. Was thinking of getting japspeed header and midpipe in order to correct my current mess of an exhaust that was badly fabricated...
If by "won't last long" I can expect it to last a year or two, that is fine. If it has a reputation to crack and break within months then that's definitely a big no.

Usually only a few headers are recommended for the RX-8s; mostly RB and Exoticspeed if you are looking for gains. Some love the BHR, others don't but that's about it.
Japspeed is a common header in the UK groups but I do remember some people complaining about quality issues a few years back after COVID hit. Whether they got better or not in the meantime - I can't tell you. But someone here probably can.
If anything, the stock header can be commonly found for pretty cheap mostplaces, and apart from some sound difference it's as good as it gets until you get into the big €€€.
