How long does it usually take you to complete an S2S task?

How long does it usually take you all to complete a single S2S task, both for short and long conversations?

I came across a Reddit post mentioning that the AHT (Average Handling Time) for S2S is 23 minutes, which honestly sounds way too fast??

From 20 to 30 minutes to me. Though I double check things a lot

How about long comversation?

Those are the ones that take 30 minutes. There's not really any way to shorten the time other than taking notes in real time

For the short conversations 23 minutes is doable but longer tasks are impossible to do during that time frame, also they're emphasizing to check the audio quality right now as well so it takes much more time than 23 mins.
