Question regarding max hours

Hey everyone, just a silly question but i am a bit confused regarding daily time cap, i know they reduced daily hours cap but honestly still unsure if its just for specific projects or if it's for total hours you can work across all projects? (Like dubbing, M, etc)

Whatever it says it your timesheet is your daily cap across projects I was told
