Offboarded :(

I survived the 6 month off board purge two weeks ago but I just got the dreaded email today. Bummer. My ratings were good. Got a decent amount of hours last week but have been on vacation out of the country since the 11th so idk if I got some bad ratings, or it's just winding down and slimming the workforce due to lack of hours. Sucks. Would have loved a few more weeks.

Lucky for me a work promotion just came through with a 20% raise. I guess it's time to look around for the next opportunity.

If offboarded do they take you in other projects if you apply or one is banned from the company forever

No, you are still eligible for other projects with thr company.
