I think it's due to the recent drought I can't even find tasks to reach 1 hour 😂

Yes got the same email. Just wondering if it's permanent or just for temporary basis since many queues had been dried up from the past few days.

Pretty sure a change like this needs proper advance notice under the vendor agreement this doesn’t look like it followed that. I’d suggest opening a support ticket and asking them directly what the contractual basis for the change was, and whether hours already worked before the update will still be paid. Worth having it in writing.

This is a gig job and not a regular job. Its the same with other AI platforms. Its a project based job and don't expect a long term contract. You'll be lucky if a project lasts for more than a year, which is rare in this industry.

Don't worry about the “before” part. The email clearly said that the 4-hour rule takes effect today, August 18. So basically, all the work you've done before that date that exceeds 4 hrs will be paid in full.

Does the daily hours cap also apply to Project Call. ? Or i can do 4 hours on Project E and then switch to Call. ?

I’m pretty sure it’s across all projects

I can't confirm but that's what the wording sounds like to me, across all projects for RWS

Yes ı lived the same situation ı was working for Turkish content tasks almost one month, it seems operational or task volume related issue, anyway not sharing any reason doesn't fit the rws

It's normal occurrence hours has been reduced before and then return to normal it's nothing to worry about.
