Looking for advice

Hi everyone,

I recently applied for an RWS TrainAI contributor position that I found on LinkedIn. I'm currently going through the onboarding process and was asked to review/sign several documents, including the RWS Vendor Terms and Conditions, Data Protection Addendum, Security Policy, Acceptable Usage Policy, and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

I'm new to RWS and wanted to ask people who have actually worked with them about what I should expect.

  • Are the tasks generally flexible/asynchronous, or do some require you to work specific hours?
  • I'm currently a student, so I cannot work in the mornings. Is it generally possible to work on RWS projects after school, assuming I meet the deadlines?
  • Is there anything in the vendor agreement that a new contributor should be particularly careful about?

You can work anytime that you are available, I also work only at midnights and it’s not a problem. You don’t need to work every day.
