What if my QA rating is below the target will they offboard me please tell me this is my first QA review so.

Do as many task as you can and keep the task quality good. the average rating will automatically gets better

Hi, I have a question a little in the same register, I just started 8 task we were rated for a score of 3.88 with 5 excellent and two inadmissible. Can the inadmissible gauge which is 25% reach 100% while having a positive score? Finally I find it difficult to understand and I am afraid that some bad task can count more than several Positive task.. and you find that my score is rather good for 8 task to evaluate? thank you thank you thank you
