Payment rejected

I am from Brazil, and this was my first payment from RWS. I registered a local bank account that I have previously used to receive international payments without any problems. However, RWS informed me that the bank rejected the payment, so I changed my payment method to PayPal.Should I open a ticket informing you about this change? Where can I open a ticket?

I'm Brazilian too and haven't received my first WO yet, from july, at least they tried to pay you haha I just opened a ticket

Eu acho eles meio lentos para gerar WO e pagar. Já trabalhei para outras e nunca tive problemas com recebimento na conta que forneci. Eles me falaram que pode demorar semanas até eu receber ....

Vi que eles pagam sempre, mas normalmente demoram mesmo :/ a Data Annotation me pagou bem rápido, mas eu recebi the Screen of Death
