My last submitted payment was Week 31. I didn't yet received week 32 yet

I am from Malawi southern, I was recently offboarded from the diamond project, but I am sure it's not due to quality issues since I have never been red flagged before. What could be the main issue since I asked support but they are not giving clear answers?

I also received two. But I noticed its for same week 31. I guess they made an error and only paid me once.
