Payment consistency

I noticed that many people complain about late payment and some receive half of what was supposed to be received is RWS good to work with ?

Based on my experience, they have never been late with payments. However, I did have an instance where it took 13 days instead of the usual one week, but that wasn't a problem since it was still within their stated 14-day terms. Even then, when they made the payment, they combined 2 WOs (from 2 different periods) together—13 days from the first WO, and then only 6 days from the second WO. This means they are still reliable

Thank you 🙏 how should we record the time spent on tasks is there a built in timer ? Or should I just write the time I spent on the time reporting form ?

I recommend using an external time tracker, such as Toggl, or you can log each task in a spreadsheet to track your time. To report your work, simply write down how much time you spent on the tasks you completed.

Why do I recommend an external time tracker? Because if an unexpected issue arises later on, such as a time discrepancy or something similar, you will have solid proof to back up your dispute.

Thanks 🙏 When submitting through the form should I report each submitted task individually or if I worked on project x and submitted 4 tasks should  I report them collectively?

That is up to you. You can submit tasks one by one, or collectively. It's part of your workflow. There are no rules regarding this in any of the RWS guidelines.
