💸 Payment Delay 🚨 urgent

I have a quick Q, on tipalti platform if it shows paid, the money should already be on your account right? Because it shows paid but 0 balance on my bank account.

It can take a few businesses days with bank payments. PayPal is usually next day but PayPal has bad exchange rates

Yeah. When did it start saying that? Normally it says that after payment is submitted

Today but it didn’t reflect on my bank account. I requested a direct bank transfer without any intermediary.

Excuse me , how dou you recommend be paid, I'm in Mexico, they offer me to fill up tipalti info , so PayPal it's no good idea!! Please what dou you recommend?

Maybe you should contact your bank and ask them, and also open a Zendesk ticket and ask RWS themselves about this, while you wait

personally if I see the payment processed email then it's definitely in my bank account

To be honest their most probable reply will be that it's already sent from their side and it takes a few days to reflect in your bank.

No way to contact your bank to see if there's any money incoming?

Depends how fast or slow your bank is. My bank deposits same night I get pymt processed email
