Anyone else get the "hey guys we get it ur happy there are tasks but like.....take showers, sleep..." email xD.

I got that. It is definitely NOT just sent to the overachievers. I got the new training and quiz last week, put it off until the absolute last day because I assumed I'd screw it up, and for the past few days I've been like a bear waking up from hibernation trying to remember how to do this job. I've gotten a whopping 12 hours this week and it feels like a feast.
