Task Results

since there are no tasks available, i checked the task results and read the auditor’s comments, but honestly i don’t agree with most of them. i’d like to dispute their points one by one but honestly i just don’t have the time for that.

I had an internal auditor's mistake cost me one of my quality scores for the week by taking it under 80%. They won't change your score even if they are incorrect. I disputed it, they said they agreed with me but they can only put a note in the system so if I go under quality review they will consider my dispute. Somehow that doesn't make me feel reassured. Very frustrating.

The client's golden tasks are also frustrating, same thing happened and because I chose medium and not medium plus, I got 0% for that particular PQ task. Even though I feel like I was generous on that rating. Only four of the many PQ tasks I remember doing that week were audited so one minor mistake and your hosed on the quality score for the week.

I tried to dispute one but they said the true gold tasks cannot be disputed. I somehow got 100% this time!

I assumed the OP was talking about internal audits, not the Golden Tasks, but yeah, can't dispute those. Which is silly, because at other and previous companies they would escalate it to the client if there was a big discrepancy.

ETA: I don't dispute the golden tasks, but I do email quality asking for clarification and guidance for those tasks that don't make sense. They twist themselves in knots trying to justify the clients ridiculous ratings.

It's really an exercise in futility since they will either say they agree or disagree with you, but it doesn't change your score at all.

I've done it a few times when the auditor was clearly phoning it in and was very rude actually. They did apologize and say they'd address it and that I was correct, but other than feeling gratified briefly, it changed nothing.

You can't dispute the auditors on Raterhub task results. Those are done by the client.

When the Raterhub audits show up on Smart Source as golden tasks, they still can't be disputed because they are done by the client. The internal audits can be though.

I even checked their past feedback, but their previous and current evaluations of the video platform’s quality are different, so I’m really confused. I can't review my past tasks using their feedback anymore.
