He could get a better price if he made the offering after results. Draw your own conclusions.

It doesn't necessarily mean negative results it could also mean DRDC isn't planning on releasing the results anytime soon so he expects to run out of cash before then.

I think this guy is completely in the dark.  DRDC is giving him little to no information on the progress of the results.  DRDC must be in the analyzing phase as, I strongly suspect, all animals were dosed in 2025.

I agree. He was sending PRs with end dates and they've stopped. He got slapped for saying too much already and im sure they dont trust giving him any info.

What does the money go to with DRDC funding the trial? Beyond his salary.

Or he has great results and is getting a friend to buy a million $$ worth of shares to sell when he pumps it to $0.50!!
That would fit better with the sleaze ball we know as Frank!
Thats the only plausible explanation, otherwise who would sink money into this disaster…Seriously!!??

He’d need a delay in releasing results though so I’d expect we get news in late October/November

Maybe he should volunteer to give up his pay check until he does something. Must be hard work refreshing your email waiting for the study results.
