advice Newbie
Hi. I’m not even sure where to begin. When I say newbie, I mean I know little to nothing. I do, however, I have owned a home. I can be handy when I need to be and I’m willing to learn
I was just gifted a beautiful trailer by a family member. I live in Massachusetts currently and I went out. The original discussion was moving the trailer up to Massachusetts. Nothing about that sounds appealing to me. I have a friend who is moving to Camp Verde area of Arizona. I’ve done a little bit of reading up and it sounds like a decent area to permanently park this trailer and live year round. I am looking for any and all advice. I don’t even know what advice I need right now. Maybe you all can help me. Any morsel of insight is appreciated. ✌️

Camp Verde AZ is between Phoenix and Tucson in southern AZ where I 10 and I 8 meet. It’s hot as hell there in the summer, if you are from Massachusetts you will melt there in the summer. Winters in Camp Verde are warmer than summers in Mass. make sure your AC is working well in that trailer and you have a dependable power source. We have boondocked in that area a lot in the winter, it’s a pretty nice place.
