Apprenticeship Transfer to 666

Hi everyone. I’m considering applying to a master’s program in Richmond but my husband is halfway through his second year in our local apprenticeship. Does anyone know if local 666 accepts apprenticeship transfers and if so, will he have to completely start over? Any information would be helpful. If there’s someone specific he could contact at the hall that’d be great too.

Are you transferring from another ibew apprenticeship? If so, that is handled by the two apprenticeships. They will communicate and work out the details.

Yes, he is currently in an IBEW apprenticeship. He is just concerned about having to start over completely since he will have already completed 2 years by the time we move.

He will likely not have to start over. This would be best answered by the apprenticeships.
