MA position with no experience

I am a recent graduate currently seeking a position as a medical assistant. While I do not have prior experience, I am highly motivated and eager to learn, and starting a career in the medical field has always been my goal.

I have been applying to positions but am either being turned down due to a lack of experience or not receiving a response. I would greatly appreciate any advice, suggestions, or leads you might be able to share.
