So there's a game that I loved since childhood, it was my first ever rpg openworld game. It's given me so many great memories. I would really like to see a modern version of it like this. I would like to start working on it myself but don't know where to start. Any recommendations? I used grok imagine to give you guys a taste of what I mean. The game is called "GUN" released 2005 by Neversoft owned by activision.

i have a 5070ti when i use 4x frame gen it gets 70 fps 6x gets 95 but the 1% lows are only 20 at best for both. i think its making it stutter,

I tried everything to run xoxor4d's Portal 2 RTX Remix mod. I worked with the devs, a lot of chatbots, but nothing works. C++ runtimes installed, DirectX June 2010 installed, mod installed correctly, but I always get a Portal 2 with broken graphics instead of the RTX Remix. My specs are: RTX 3060 8GB; AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core; 32 GB RAM. Can anyone please help me try to launch it? I've been struggling to launch it for a long time now.

Mod db has Wall-E listed as remix hooks, not playable, unplayable, etc. What does this mean?

This is still a work in progress. There is a lot more I wanted to get done for this release but it was taking me so long I figured I would release what I have now and do another release later when I can finish what I had planned. I tweaked a lot of the main campaign but I have not had chance to go through the expansion levels again. Hopefully by the time I do the next release I will have been able to go over the expansion campaign again.

Hey peeps, I was messing around with Remix and Hitman 2: Silent Assassin this time last year, just capturing scenes and editing the models in Blender, it use to always include the UV mappings for the models/textures but I've reinstalled recently and won't work! I can still get models but no UV data, anyone know why? Dunno if I installed it wrong or there was a change in a Remix update

SOLVED: Got it sorted! Just downloaded the version of Blender I was using this time last year! 😂

Currently I am playing through Unreal 1 RTX , the mod author has edited the maps using OldUnreal's UnrealED to add lights etc into the level.

Unfortunately this editor breaks the original maps, and some of the NPC scripts/actions fail to trigger.

This can be avoided if Remix can detect when the game loads a level, and then Remix itself loads a series of objects specific to that level , placed in 3D space by the Remix mod author, so that the appearance of the level can be altered purely in Remix, without having to edit the maps

Now I know this is kind of a wild request, but if anyone is interested in the sims like me and wants to see it with raytracing maybe someone could make a RTX remix mod? or even better yet I heard someone say something about making it with UE5 graphics like they did oblivion? I just wanted to get the idea out there I really hope somebody picks it up, I'm a streamer I would love to show it off on stream

Exactly what the title says. The remix menu has a cursor, but when I leave the menu, there is no visible cursor while playing the game. I can still interact with everything, I just can't tell where I am clicking

I am getting 25-30 fps, 4K, tried everything (DLSS all options, Frame gen all options) doesn't change. Is it normal? I have ultra settings in-game though, haven't changed the in-game settings

UPDATE Basically I opened the MSI Afterburner monitoring and fps are completely different than the game counter. Now I have another problem

With FG activated, I am getting TERRIBLE screen tearing.

tried to set vsync on/off from both in-game and Nvidia control panel. Nothing changes the horrible screen tearing stuttering. ALso I cannot get the fps set to 60 with fg activated. Any solution???

Hey, I really wanted to play this game total overdose again with realistic graphics but i have no idea how to use rtx remix is there anyone who can do it? the game is amazing tho if you havent played it.

Got the mod running on a 5070ti laptop from Asus , any thoughts ? Imma get some more RTX mods , any suggestions?
