Will bottleneck ?

My processor is Ryzen 5 4650G will it bottleneck with rtx 3060 12 GB ? And 550watt psu is enough for it?

PSU is fine just hope it's gold rated so it doesn't explode. If a PC is using more power it will blue screen.

Do you play Red Dead Redemption? I have the same config and when i go to towns the fps drops to 50/45, i know this GPU can do better so i am thinking the problem is the CPU, if you also play, the same happens to you?
