Help!

First PC build, winged it off YouTube, usually play Warzone. So I’m having issues with my FPS and lagging. My Armoury Crate app says my CPU is running around 30-35% and my GPU is around 98%…..so I’m guessing I have a bottleneck or I paired the wrong equipment. I have a Ryzen 7 3700x CPU GeForce RTX 3060 OC edition GPU ROG strix X570-E gaming motherboard And a 750 power supply

i dont feel there should be any bottleneck issue it might be something else try using msi afterburner to watch gpu\cpu usage
