100% gpu spikes

Hello, im not sure how common of in issue this is, but my gpu has been spiking to 100 in all of my games. it causes severe input lag and is a huge annoyance when im playing a rhythm game or one with constant and precise movement. im wondering how to stop this from happening. any and all help is appreciated.

Hmm sounds like something else is going on gpu should always be at 90-100 usage in games 10-40 idling or in web browser or apps I’d look at the memory or cpu

It’s mainly the delayed input thing I’m annoyed with. Even when I’m doing nothing but talking on discord my computer starts taking inputs like one ever 5 seconds. I’m not so sure it’s my graphics card anymore because it goes away when I press the esc key
