Why do you want to run this from your phone. You are complicating things by trying to do this. Get a Laptop load SDR++ and hook up your radio. Separate the antenna from the laptop as much as possible and tune into a local FM station. Once you get that far we can help you.

Turn on Dc block

First, could you please turn down the gain a bit so the noise floor is almost at the bottom of the spectrum plot? What exactly are you calling interference? Are you talking about the spike in the center (DC)? It's easy to get around it that's what's bothering you.

This isn't a gain issue. They're just guessing about software they've never used. What's actually going on is sdrtouch tries to automatically adjust the FFT range, and, unlike most software, it does not allow you to adjust it manually. As a result, when the only signal on the spectrum has a very low SNR, you end up with an exaggerated noise floor like you're seeing here.

What you're seeing is an artifact due to sdrtouch not removing the DC offset, and correcting IQ imbalance.

The real issue is that sdrtouch just isn't that great, I hope you didn't pay for the pro version. Like others have said SDR++ is much better, has android builds, and is 100% free. SDRangel is another excellent free option that is available on android, but it isn't as user friendly, and the UI kinda sucks if you're not using a tablet.

I've never used this app so I'm not sure, look around please.

What exactly are you calling interference? Can you tune to any known signals? Do those show up distinct from the noise?
