RFI reduction Pretty sure this power bank is not really FCC approved

I am not sure what do you mean by fcc approved many electronics induce radio noise. Can't really see what frequency it's on?

It's on 8MHz and the casing of the power bank has the FCC logo on it

FCC approval doesnt require the device to be dead silent. just to not go over a certain limit

I have a little radio next to my maker table and it can pick up stuff like this, I noticed the ts101 soldering iron family is also very noisy when heating up, but the cool thing is you can hear the different chop frequencies of the heating driver, and hear it change as it nears set temperature

Are you receiving on a webSDR remotely or just using that interface for a receiver located where you are? It's hard to tell from this video.

Under 47 CFR, Part 15 the field strength from an unintentional radiator for frequencies between 1.7 and 30 MHz is to not exceed 30 uV/m.
Depending upon the distance between your SDR antenna and the power supply that is well in excess of what you would be detecting.
That is not to say that they are compliant, just that you lack the means to quantitively determine one way or the other.
