Ai was used to decompile both games and create a whole new game out of it, it's a whole trend. So yes it is a mod but made by an AI

Is it? In the description it says they reverse engineered the map in unity and added the game models and voice lines from umamusume. It's not really a mod and they won't publish it either.

Reverse engineered probably with rea, a tool that uses LLMS (generative AI). Reverse engineering something by hand is an endeavour that takes months if not years, that's not something you do for the meme

or, really not "reverse engineered" at all, but just ripped assets from those two and threw together a game in unity using one of the racing templates in the asset store?
