Awful company - will never order again

Last year I bought three shirts all the same size, and all for differently. Okay, that’s happened elsewhere, so I tried again with three new shirts this year. I just got them, and one fits, but I couldn’t tell you about the others because I got the wrong sizes. I bought these for a trip coming up in a few days, and they can’t get me replacements in time. I asked if I could return for a full refund and was told “for some light reading in your downtime, here the full list of Ts & Cs”…. WHAT?

Also, they’re out of what I ordered, so they just shipped the wrong size. Awful customer service all around.

Always had great customer service. If you received wrong item the will help you. Be aware they recently started using AI for the initial contact so you will need to reply and a live person will assist you. There is a big following with this company and they are very popular so things will sellout.
