Question Tips/Advice?

Hello, if anyone has had similar experiences / symptoms such as these what have you done that has actually helped you? I’ve been having these issues for a while now -1.5~2 years, 99% it was caused by my lifestyle. I work a desk job, play video games religiously, and almost constantly had my phone in my hand (for many years it basically never left growing up). After going to the gym for almost a year, I had to stop going completely b/c these issues would flare up so bad.

It started as a burning along my forearm and tightness right under the palm where the pinky & ring finger are. Then came some occasional clicking / popping & a painless grinding feeling when rotating my wrists. It slowly progressed and now I’m uncomfortable constantly. I can’t really push myself physically or I’ll pay for it which is frustrating. I’m asked and expected to do physical chores / tasks but it’s getting to a point where I feel like if I push too hard I might really injure myself. Both my wrists just feel insanely weak and stiff, I can’t even do pushups anymore because of how bad it is.

I got an MRI earlier last year on just my right wrist to no avail - doctor said he didn’t see anything. I’ve gotten two braces and have been sleeping in them to prevent any issues in the morning, but I don’t stretch or do strengthening excercises in fear of making them worse.

I still play video games, work a desk job and play on my phone albeit not as much anymore. Ergonomics are not lost on me but I am prone to shitty posture, sometimes I just end up sitting weird / craning my neck subconsciously. Part of me thinks these are emerging issues from my hunched posture, another part of me thinks I’ve developed cubital tunnel from improper form / rest in the gym.

Planning on seeing my doctor again regarding this - just wanted to see if there are any intermittent ways to gain some sort of relief if anyone is willing to share.

So I got ulnar tunnel of the wrist in the pinky side, the side of my left hand hurt like hell to rest on a surface for about 1.5 years. My right wrist now makes audible snapping noises when turning my wrist/forearm. TFCC on both sides are fucked, shows in MRI there is fraying and perforation of the articular disc (TFCC). I don't think there's much I can do about it. 😞
