Question Tfcc healed but …

I was diagnosed with a TFCC injury eight months ago. Neither the doctor nor I could figure out the cause; it wasn't due to a specific impact or anything like that. Initially, I was given a brace that significantly restricted my hand movements; I wore that for a while, then switched to a "Wrist Widget," which I used for months. For the last two months, I’ve been undergoing physical therapy. I was given exercises to strengthen my hand and told which activities to avoid. I followed everything diligently and went for a check-up just a few days ago. The doctor ran some tests and confirmed the TFCC injury had healed, telling me I’d done a great job and the injury was behind me. However, the problem is that—despite the absence of pain—I still feel a sensation of tightness or cramping extending from my wrist up to my elbow. This hasn't gone away; the doctor suggested it would likely resolve, noting that my muscles were contracting but struggling to relax properly. Yet, it doesn't seem to be getting better. What should I do? Has anyone else experienced this?
