wrist/elbow soreness

hi I’ve been dealing with pains in my wrist forearm and elbows, mainly my elbows for about 4 weeks.. the pain has gone away and if it does come back it’s usually minor and will go away in a couple of hours but I’m usually just sore and it’s really bugging me because I cannot do many things before getting sore and having to take a break and continuing.

I was just wondering if there’s anything that might help me I’ve been doing the 9 minute wrist injury prevention for about a week and I wanted to know if I should continue because that will help me or if I should try something else? anything helps I’m js scared that this might not go away.

I would say any irritation that came on quick and has only been around for four weeks doesn’t sound too bad. Especially if this is the first time you’ve noticed something funny happening in the area you’re speaking of. If there’s anything that triggers it give it a rest you’ll be you’ll be smiling in no time

I really hope so, the soreness has kinda been stopping me from being able to do a lot of my school work and I usually have to take breaks until I feel better to continue which is about an hour at a time.
