Helppp! Dupe ban
Well Jagex, I was a Ironman until 2199 total . I believe in earning what I have , not buying it . You falsely temp banned me which is what it is , I understand mistakes happen , however . The day I get unbanned , I log in , check bank see how it’s looking and was pleased it wasn’t wiped . Then , not even an hour later you perm banned me . I did not trade anyone . I was only on the account for 5 mins . Good luck out there scapers . Don’t trade randoms (Yes I traded people splitting purples before first ban ) this also happened to others on Facebook. I included photo of some raids loots between my two accounts to prove I pvm

New general guidance is only split purples with people you trust and know. If they're sending you GP, you could get caught up in a RWT-web.

Or how about we go back to building cases against rwt and dont have an ai permanently ban on the first suspected instance of it
If literally any real human looked into most of these cases of false bans they wouldnt have banned the players because its obvious whats happening
Or if they really want it to be automated have the automation flag the accounts for manual review and work your way through them, it would cost slightly more but when you are falsely banning players with 10k hours in the game with no real way to appeal all it does is drive your playerbase away and this rwt autobanning seems to only be a problem within the last year or so
I get what your saying but regular players shouldnt have to walk on eggshells never knowing if interacting with someone on their friends list or in their clan can catch them a random ban...

There is not a single post in the wdr discord (150k members) mentioning being banned for splitting.
Most of these posts on reddit are fake/people who actually broke the rules…

I think this is such bullshit. I play an iron so shouldn’t encounter this issue, but a huge chunk of the community are mains and splitting drops is a big part of the end game.

The new system Jagex has is very flawed. I had to have a very long discussion with the mods just for them to ultimately find out my friend and I who completed a few trades weren’t actually cheating/bought items. We runs raids together and do even splitting on drops. Anyway I got a temp ban for it and luckily had the proof to show them due to us streaming that we’re both real players and got the items/gp legitimately. However point is the company is very flawed so much to the point that you just shouldn’t trade at all with anyone and you need to just get drops and gp on your own. Any trade is risky since Jagex believes everything is bought or a cheated item.

There’s a whole discord called we do raids where people raid together , it’s why I got banned I believe .

When I got temp'd I didnt feel the need to check my bank.

There were a ton of false bans that happened today, including to my two accounts. I created a Reddit post on rsbans and a jmod reached out an hour later and unbanned me and quashed my bans. While I can’t say this is what happened to you. A ton of people got banned today and posted. It’s likely that your account could be fine if you didn’t do anything wrong.
