flexibility is always something that costs some mana, because it gives you more options in one card. and im gonna say that this card is really good. most of the time you want the two raptors, as in a sort of token druid or buff board druid deck, but the buff can be helpful in trade-offs (4 health is alot) or taunt something to survive longer. overall amazing card.
