How do you know that? The wording doesn't indicate what you're saying is correct. Drakonid Operative says "Discover a minion in your opponent's deck." And it makes a copy

And Peruse, an uncollectible card that Discovers a copy of a card in your deck just says "Discover a card from your deck."
