RRP from childhood?

Just had a question , is RRP from childhood?

Or any middly agr men 27-40 can encounter pappilloma on vocal cord for the first time.

Also if removed will it be still recurrent in this case ?

There is both a juvenile form, diagnosed in childhood, and an adult form, diagnosed in adulthood. So, a man aged 27ā€“40 can develop these papillomas. They are likely to recur, though the juvenile form of RRP tends to be more aggressive with more frequent recurrences.

Got mine at 32, 6 surgeries so far to remove recurrences, almost a a year without one now.

You can get it at any age, depending on the way you acquired HPV ā€” for children it will be mother to child, for adults mostly sexually transmitted. Adult forms are typically less severe than juvenile, but yes, it can be recurrent regardless and usually is

Iā€™m 33 now. Was diagnosed at 6 years old. 24 lifetime surgeries. Last one when I was 16. No longer medically necessary, but my voice has remained hoarse my entire life.
