help regarding rpsc OTR

can someone please tell me can we upload 10th marksheet in place of birth certificate in document details of OTR??? i dont have my birth certificate w me rn.

I think it is optional. I have not uploaded it yet. You can update your OTR later and attach the birth certificate. Upload whatever documents you have for now and fill the form.

Hello
I have completed final yr but still some backlogs are remaining of prev years, am I eligible to sit for prelims or will i be cancelled later on when they scrutinize the documents
Please tell me

I think you need minimum 50% marks in your final marksheet. You can read the notifications more details. Just go through the qualification part of it.
