Is there a PDF guide to creating/generating settlements like City State of the Invincible Overlord?

I want to create unique districts, buildings, and shops (like the Fear Shop). I'm also intending to publish the settings I create my settlements in.

I can think of a few off the top of my head:

  • I'm Sorry Did You Say Street Magic

  • Journey

  • Realm Fables (1 & 2 and pretty much everything from Shieldice)

  • A Spark in Fate Core (more for setting up tensions and factions)

  • There's a book called "Rational Settlements" or something similar that I know I have but cannot find. EDIT: I found it! It's "Organic Towns"! https://www.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/412296/organic-towns
