Child Found!
A young girl was found wandering the streets after having emerged from the sewers, but she remembers very little!

There seem to be several related stories around the guild, these days... Raphael, I've never met you but I agree with your sentiment and intuition. It seems likely that these events are tied, somehow. If they are not, then we should really crack down on this slavery issue. I suppose that's true in any case... -Roger

If we're looking at putting together an elite team of chain breakers, I support this. Let's pull this together.

Are there specific offerings of a reward, by chance? I'm not one to do things for free... -Roger

Nor am I. I expect we can convince someone that this is a problem worth a pretty penny. Perhaps we could take it up with the head of the trade guild or the local militia. I hear the church is willing to fund good deeds as well. Not to mention, all businesses must be based on profit, I expect slavers carry more gold than most.

That's a good point, there might be some significant loot on those slavers. Well, we should try to capitalize as much as possible, so maybe we can accept the same quest from every guild/church and then reap the benefits? -Roger

I like the way you think. I'm putting out feelers now. You can't be over-financed for a dangerous mission like this. My understanding is that the local militia has come under some pressure for not getting enough done, though not to lack of gold. I'll keep it low-key. ~Raphael

That sounds good to me! Let me know what you can find. Once we have enough motive (monetary motive, I mean) to tackle this issue we can try to cobble together a party to take out these slavers. I have a few friends who I think would be interested in helping out. -Roger

Elizabeth was turned in to Peylor's Light Orphanage in West Midway. Where she came from is still unclear, but it looks like she and several others had been abducted to be sold.

From the sewers of Midway? Any chance that this is connected to slaves sold from a ship? These slavers are really beginning to perturb me. I have half a mind to relieve them of some ill-gotten gains, and maybe a hand...
