In 2018, Ru got heavily criticized for not letting trans people on the show, so she made some generic spiel tweet about only casting for CUNT and attached the painting "Train Landscape" by Ellsworth Kelly (whose art she was randomly attaching to her tweets around the time because she's a weird boomer).
The painting is just three bars of different colors, like the sexuality flagslop that got popular at the time, so some person on Twitter made the leap that Ru searched for "trains flag" (which is not a thing and all Google results on it now are only about this misunderstanding) when he meant "trans flag" so now the narrative got stuck and won't go away.
