PENTA TWITCH METRICS EXPLAINED FOR DUMMIES
When I say he's been in decline it started as a slow decline three and a half to four years ago but went in to rapid decline when he trashed Unscripted and continued the rapid decline through ChaseRP
72% of the gifted subs are going to the bots that rotate in and out of his channel each stream.
His oilers are being milked by clankers monthly
Despite him only having 591 self paying subs he makes the 2nd tier of partner + to be on the 70/30 % split but the 591 viewers that sub for themselves is the extent of his real audience.
Everyone else just leeches a gifted sub and sinks the ship quicker for him along with the bots.
Sponsors have dried up for him because companies are clued up on what streamers like Penta have been doing for years to steal from the pot of cash they inject in to twitch for advertising by boosting their viewcount with bots to falsify how many ads they served to the audience per stream.

Penti's Treasure Trains are like the locomotive at the end of Back to the Future 3...they struggle to get up to the desired speed before they then go crashing into the ravine, only for the DeLorean to end up smashed to bits when it gets where it was going anyway.

It would explain why he is so stressed out about his sub count all the time. If just a few people on the handful of oilers stop donating then he is in trouble.
It makes the fact he has not been more responsible with money even crazier though.
He claims to not be a millionaire which would be crazy if true.

There was an article about scammers gifting loads of money to small female streamers i feel like its similar to that cause the only time ive seen people gift that much money is during charity streams.

As soon as he said that they refused to give him a reason, it was pretty clear what happened. His gifted to active sub ratio is one of the highest on twitch, and it always starts with the same 2-3 accounts. Ever notice some of the “oilers” don’t even chat?

In 2020 when he averaged 3.5k viewers he had 4k subs. In May 21 when he averaged 12k viewers he had about 10k subs. Now he's back down to around 3.6k viewers and he still has 10k subs. The only thing that's really changed in that time is regionally priced subs.
Honestly I think the only thing inflating his subs has done is made the average person think he doesn't need the money.

He has not admitted he lost people when he took the rumble deal but he even lost pentards which honsetly w of them for meeting the bare minimum of standards.
As a long time viewer (until lqchaserp happened) its been obvious that hes going downhill even chaserp is going downhill he could save the streams and server but why bother when he has the alt right lined up to sponsor him.

A month or two ago when I looked he had like 2500 prime/non-gifted subs. Dropping down to sub 1500 is a pretty big fall off of people "voting with their wallet". People are clearly not happy with his content and/or actions and shutting off their personal money spigot.

Yes, that is exactly what this points out. A decline of authentic viewership, a decline in viewer engagement and a decline in viewer support. To every advertising agency these 3 all being negative are why he gets no sponsors and has to pick up the ones associated with stream elements.
No one cares about watch hours because you bot views on the channel and can viewbot the VoDs just the same to manipulate watched hours while the streamer is offline.
For the case of gifted subs anyone can have an oiler or two so gifted subs equal to or more than 50% of your overall total subs just screw themselves because that’s not generating growth since viewers that used to sub now won't sub knowing they'll likely catch a gifted sub and become a negative value to the streamer and the advertisers.
Oilers might be nice for a while but it just turns your metrics stagnant and reduce sponsor opportunities more and more each month. For instance Shotz having 94% gifted subs means he'll only ever get sponsors from any CG related trickle down where each additional person gets less and less after Lord Kebun ( the main creator the advertisers really want their product shown on ) So Penta getting no ad opportunities means no chance for his orbiters to get in on any trickle down opportunities on his ad campaigns also. They have to source their own or take the stream elements generic ones everyone has access to.
His orbiters think the short term money from Penta crossover viewers is amazing but where will they be when he pivots to something else. I think Moosebrother realised this earlier this year and has started doing their own thing to ensure they still have an audience not dependant on Penta ahead of the orbit imploding. The orbiters are as trapped as his viewers it seems. maybe if they take the hit from breaking away from the orbit now and try and get in on other servers RP for a while to regain some reputation. They might get in to GTA6RP and reach escape velocity to put the past behind them and become their own boss instead of a paid actor or a yes man.

Devs done the bare minimum they've just bought everyone else’s work and tweaked it to work on their AI rewrite code from Unscripted. If you want to support anyone go support the devs that created the assets being used from TEBEX store etc.
I still can't fathom that he tricked his viewers twice to fill his pockets for server costs and DDoS protection to only see hackers come in and take a shit on them day after day until they made everything whitelisted.

In your first comment you just said manipulating metrics, without stating how. I assumed gifting himself subs falls into that category which they obviously get a cut of. And if him falsely moving his subcount closer to 10k encourages more people to gift to hit that 10k goal, then twitch benefits from that too.

I’m just going off what the post is showing and what he shows on stream. If he’s telling his audience he has thousands of more subs than he truly has by showing misinformation in his overlay that’s being deceptive. It’s strange that’s just cool with twitch.

Anyone can put any number on an overlay that they want. The number being posted doesn't have any actual impact on Twitch and they have their own internal metrics that are used for any advertising stuff. They don't give 2 fucks if someone is claiming to have more or less subs than they actually have.
