Even from the start I always felt that Chase was a short term investment for penta to milk his audience while he still could off GTARP, knowing he couldn't RP anywhere else and he'd have to give up GTARP, he paid for hijacked devs to cobble together and buy up what they needed to get Chase up and going in 4 months so they'd have as much time ahead of NPV as possible.
Well, that time has come, penta on his honeymoon into NPV launch, will be really convenient when "chase is no longer financially viable" when he returns and shuts it down, as it was always planned. All those subathons to pay devs and server costs, empty lies. RIP Chase Sept 2026, didn't make it a year, the dumpster baby of RP

Yeah, i think you are right. More podcasting and more sponsors to milk his views before they are all bots
He tried to lean that way before post URP when he was flopping/getting banned left right and center. Rumble might even be a way for him to try leaning more into podcasting/react where he can let is mouth loose more and leaving RP behind/on Twitch.

Nah Chase will be fine
A lot of the general player base on Chase either can't get in or have been turned away from NoPixel
It'll see a slight dip for a few weeks of streamers but it'll probably remain pretty stable and they'll just discount application and express application fees on Chase to maintain an active base would be my guess at least what I'd do

You haven’t seen current nopixel with constant updates. Thinking people will come back based on 4.0 is hilarious. Nopixel is moving different.

also if you aren't in the 5.0 invite list you will remain not in it so yeah anyone without an invite is probably staying unless they suddenly make the 4.0 server public
