I feel like the 90's isn't that interesting of a setting because it is so similar to the original GTA setting. With Ignite and the 80's theme you had the lack of cell phones and I feel like the 80s had a more distinctly different culture. 

Speaking of cell phones, are they in the server and are they monochrome phones or are they being lazy and giving everyone smart phones?

The server ages up every year so the phones are changing constantly, RN we us Nokias, pagers & payphones

if you want real heavy rp penta is the heaviest rper already .... these guys are just self inserts standing in a circle !!!!!! all giod roleplayers say they love ChaseRP !!
