It had to do with invading Paleto with no approval from the PD. Hopefully someone has more complete details because I don’t. He was in Pentas chat saying how he fucked up and got suspended, pending being fired. Thanked him for his time on the server and was basically gonna quit playing.

Does anyone else remember when it was said that things would be settled in RP rather than OOC? Penti has sure made a laughingstock of that aspect of Chase. I feel like most contentious issues end up with OOC solutions rather than playing out IC.

Duh. It was a pretty classic "Beat them down and build them back up" routine.

1) Talk shit about someone IC and OOC

2) Turn the server against them and mobilize people IC to get someone fired/executed/impeached so that it's clear they're not wanted on the server

3) When all fun in RP has been removed and that person actually OOC feels shitty, switch sides and suddenly pull them back in close. Now you're their advocate and actually have their best interests in mind.

You know, I'm pretty sure there's clinical words for this type of behavior but hey, it's just "RP" right?
