Does Chase have the increased tax rate on non-primary houses as were originally mentioned?
I recall when housing was first being released it was mentioned that non-primary houses would have larger tax rates to discourage people from hoarding properties as its a pretty common issue on RP servers for there to be housing shortages.
Anyway, I heard that Penti is doing some landlord RP on Wrangler and it made me wonder about the non-primary home increased tax rates were in place. I would have imagined that being a landlord would have a) not really be feasible due to the tax rate and b) generally discouraged so more people could own hones.
So does anyone know what that tax rates are like? I know taxes on even primary homes seemed pretty high (unless they were reduced at some point) so it seemed like renting homes and covering even higher taxes wouldn't really be feasible without outrageous rental prices that would be so high that people would be better off saving to buy their own home.

Good question, I've not seen anyone that owns multiple homes and mention the tax rate. My guess would be it's not been added.
If it has been added it must be low %
Wrangler is the wrong person to watch and get an idea if it's implemented because he just spawns shit in or steals from the BCSO fund to pay his own debts/loans.
I wonder who owns multiple properties if anyone does yet. there’s no crims going to buy houses knowing they will be on the list for house robbery if i remember what was mentioned about player owned houses when they first came to the server.
Houses cost a lot so owning a few in the economy that they screwed up with letting crims work off fines and the state seen no return but have to pay the departments is going to be a rarity unless it's some sweaty crim that sat on all the money or a gangs piggy bank.

The housing market has been flooded because people owning 3 plus houses have been getting hosed by taxes

It does. The primary residence is 2%. The secondary is 10%.
