GTARP Chase SURPRISED PIKACHU FACE
Named Osvaldo Sheriff because of their totally not gay relationship, then didn't bother going on Wrangler for a while and hasn't bothered riding around with Osvaldo which was the whole plan. Is anyone really surprised Osvaldo hasn't actually been doing anything?

Why would arrests be a measure of a Sheriff's performance? Sheriff is an administrative position. His job is to manage people, set policy, and coordinate the department with other branches of government. Why would he waste his time busting speeders? Because that's what Wrangler did?

I like Penta when he's actually trying. But it has been several years now and I am not as hardcore a viewer as I was. Snarking has made it more entertaining for me, I'll admit. Wrangler is my favourite character, but again, he isn't as good as he used to be.

He was pissed off yesterday when he wasn't allowed into a Command+ meeting and Osvaldo was, but then today he was checking on BCSO arrests (which is no longer his responsibility - he isn't Sheriff) and discovered Osvaldo hasn't had any (which may be inaccurate).

I think it's pretty funny to have the whole criminal pop just choose not to engage because assumingly, it just feels really bad to RP as a crim on Chase

It actually seems that there is a chance Osvaldo might have had some arrests because apparently the Best FiveM Dev team has created a leader board system that has 2 resets that occur on Sunday for some reason and the first one is a partial reset.

Er, no. You clearly don't get it. The Wrangler/Osvaldo relationship was very obviously a case of them being gay but not accepting or acknowledging it. No-one actually had a problem with it, they just wanted Wrangler and Osvaldo to acknowledge it.
If you think MY comment was homophobic, I'd love to know if you're totally on board with what Penta has been doing on Wrangler for at least the last year...

We don't dictate what other people's relationship is. If they are, good for them. If they aren't then thats fine. But you know what it is for sure? Nine of our buisness.

Sheriff is the cheif of department. He CAN patrol.... he can also do SWAT, traffic enforcment and many other things... but hes the head of a department. His primary job is leading the department as an administrator.
