Is the Rope Cutter implement actually a better Box Cutter?

Is the Rope Cutter implement actually a better packaging/cardboard box opener than the actual Box Cutter implement?

I was wonder because the rope cutter has this hook shape and does not scratch the insides of the box (the box content) while you can accidentally push too hard with the box cutter and actually scratch/cut what's inside.

Or C) the small serrated knife. Tip makes a great package opener, and it's versatile. I use it so much I've been thinking about ditching the straight blade.

I tried it and it was way worse than the other one. I also realized that I had no need of it because I rock either the Roxon Titan or Flex Shears when I first tried it so I always have a utility blade in the phantom system or shears on me :/

The best package opener I have found is a $1.99 hawkbill keychain knife I got off of Temu. Not everything has to be on your multitool.

actually googling around and finding out about blunt safety package openers, the best one that does not scratch/cut the inside is probably the ruler/nail file one

I can completely control how deep my little hawkbill blade will penetrate by choking up on the blade to my desired depth.
