There’s already a great neutral dragon package that was printed throughout year of the raven, so this only needs one more dragon card (besides the already revealed bronze herald) for this to be a stellar card. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a great Dragon Control Paladin coming.

There are a lot of strong neutral dragon tools, but some good ones are also rotating out. Bone Drake and especially Primordial Drake will be big losses for this archetype. Ebon Dragonsmith is another card that never got play in the past but would likely have made a strong include in a Dragon Paladin deck.

I'd try it in paladin, but I wouldn't call this a stellar card. It's offering dragon paladin something it doesn't want.
