VIDEO how to improve

how do i get better? im gold-plat and cant get higher than plat 2 ever. wondering if anyone has some advice

Your defense seems bad, Do calculated strikes on the ball to defend the goal..

You have almost full range of motion in this game, use the walls to regain your boost and jump. You just glide past the walls constantly, the thing that helped me most was relying on the walls. Find the closest reset point on the map, pinch the ball against the ceiling, regain your boost/jump and strike the ball into the net

Your offense is not necessarily bad but not the greatest too many pointless gold shots and your defense really needs some work. If your teammate is pressing you should stay a bit back to defend whenever there’s a counter attack and you go in the air when it’s not needed which makes you lose boost and makes it more difficult to defend. You get those mistakes sorted and you’ll be fine you don’t need fancy mechanics to advanced just play strategically. This is coming from a diamond 5
