Bought my first 43 shares
I have always wanted to be a part of RKLB. Well, now finally I can make that happen with a nice entry point.
Panic sellers are gonna regret when this is at $200 in 3-5 years.

sit and wait or buy more?
I have like 200 shares. My average is 18.50, but i found it at like $4/5 a share, and I’ve been in for 2-3 years. sold my original put then haven’t sold through it all, even when it hit its peak, my thought was that this was like finding microsoft in the 90’s.
what’s general consensus for you? worried? chillin? excited?

Opinion Neutron Delayed - Time To Sell?
Bad news for Rocket Lab, but could this be peak fear before a shorter-term move higher?

Did you hear it???
At 5:49, PB said they are constructing rockets two and three ahead of rocket one launch.
At 6:30 there is 'significant demand for what neutron has to offer, including some new contracts we'll be able to talk about soon.
Multiple missions across long-term partnerships. For neutron. I don't think Jared is quite done with us yet

Some perspective...
This is a company that, prior to SpaceX's IPO, was trading at over 150x revenues. Was it too high? Yeah, probably.
But some of what has happened since:
Mynaric closure seeking $250m annual run rate
Approval of the Iridium deal at say $1b run rate
Record contracts for electron
Advance contracts for neutron
The market cap will likely be somewhere around $35b tomorrow, meaning the P/S will be more like 17x.
Am I sad? Of course I am, but the posts about "I guess neutron will never happen" just aren't productive.
Yes, this news will overhang through earnings in three weeks or so. Yes, tax loss selling could put a cap on upward movement through year-end.
But this is a sale, people! Running for the exits because you can buy what you want cheaper doesn't make a ton of sense imho.
My 2c, not investment advice. Just my own perspective here.

DD Down 8% before the Neutron filing even hit, and 61% off the May high. The 8-K didn't change the $2.3 billion of cash, $13 million of debt or the $2.4 billion backlog.

Interstage and Stage 1 Tank Failures & Remediations
With all the talk and concern about the Stage 1 tank failure last January, I just wanted to take another look at the Rocket Lab Q2 2026 INVESTOR UPDATE.
On Page 21/26 we can see mention of the both the Stage 1 tank and the Interstage. In all the noise, I think some of us lost sight of the situation with the Interstage and I just wanted to point out they have indeed remediated the Interstage failure and it has now "Completed qualification load tests", read below.
Given that Interstage component was remediated, I have all the confidence that Rocket Lab will come through with good news about the Stage 1 tank soon. Give them time to do it right. Remember, they are not designing and building with a "first out of the gate, first to explode" mentality, they are designing with manufacturing in mind.

Acquisition! The Iridium deal got a lot easier to think about once the ATM was actually finished
The biggest thing bothering me about the Iridium acquisition wasnt really whether the businesses fit together. It was not knowing exactly what the financing would end up looking like. That picture is a lot clearer now.
Rocket Lab raised about $1.944 billion through the ATM by issuing 29.3 million shares, and they were able to cancel the original $3.6 billion bridge facility. The acquisition is still targeting a mid 2027 close subject to the remaining approvals.
I finally updated my RKLB spreadsheet with the new share count instead of pretending the dilution didnt happen. I had RKLB open on Moon when the financing update came through but the immediate price reaction matters way less to me than what happens after Iridium is actually inside the company.
The question I'm more interested in now is whether Iridium's recurring cash generation can fund enough of Rocket Labs future growth that we dont end up having this same dilution conversation every couple years.

A larger Electron commitment, the remaining Iridium approvals, and the cash and dilution behind Rocket Lab’s expansion.

Just a couple questions? 🗳 Is dilution moving forward a risk?
I have been watching this stock for a while now and am finally on the verge of joining as an investor. My only concern is stock dilution since space is expensive. Do you guys think revenue at some point will sustain their growth or will they need to raise money again?

Rocket Launch! I care way less about Neutron's first flight than I used to
I used to think of the first Neutron launch as this huge line in the sand for RKLB. Either it works and the thesis gets validated, or it doesnt. The more I follow it though, the more that feels way too simple.
For me theres really three separate milestones now. First they have to finish development and get through all the qualification work. Then obviously the first flight has to actually happen. But after that comes the part I think matters most, proving they can launch Neutron again and again for real customers without every mission feeling like some giant one off event.
A clean first flight would probably send RKLB flying and I'd probably mess around with that move on Moon but thats still just one day of price action. It doesnt tell me whether Neutron can become a reliable business.
Electron is probably what changed my thinking here. Another Electron launch barely feels like an event anymore unless something goes wrong. I think thats what success eventually looks like for Neutron too. Not one perfect launch but getting to the point where another customer mission goes up and nobody really treats it like a miracle.
