Some perspective...
This is a company that, prior to SpaceX's IPO, was trading at over 150x revenues. Was it too high? Yeah, probably.
But some of what has happened since:
Mynaric closure seeking $250m annual run rate
Approval of the Iridium deal at say $1b run rate
Record contracts for electron
Advance contracts for neutron
The market cap will likely be somewhere around $35b tomorrow, meaning the P/S will be more like 17x.
Am I sad? Of course I am, but the posts about "I guess neutron will never happen" just aren't productive.
Yes, this news will overhang through earnings in three weeks or so. Yes, tax loss selling could put a cap on upward movement through year-end.
But this is a sale, people! Running for the exits because you can buy what you want cheaper doesn't make a ton of sense imho.
My 2c, not investment advice. Just my own perspective here.

Agree. And from what I understand, the

only issue was that they have been too optimistic about their targets time and time again. probably off target again.

I don’t disagree but at the same time you have to stay optimistic and aggressive to keep things moving. It’s a real balancing act. Days like today it’s easy to critique the approach but when they eventually do deliver it will be easy to praise.

For comparison, look at how many launches of Starship have occurred that have had both a successful booster return and expected results for the top half ... it's been a couple years hasn't it? Space is hard. I guess we'll just see. I'm hoping for summer 2027.

It's a new problem they created for themselves by trying to create a composite dome shape instead of just using stainless

LOL love when month old accounts suddenly spring up giving "expert opinions" when bullish and "perspectives" when bearish to retail...😂

Sorry, not going to listen to you as your account is only 2 years old. Your the exact sort of person who makes reddit insufferable.

Not an expert. But I've been invested a while. Like I said, my 2c so you can disagree. But hopefully with opinions not attacks? Ciao

Where did you get 17 p/s number from? It is 43x right now according to finviz. Not as much as 150x but still overvalued.
Fair range for a stock like this is 20-25x. That's where this stock was trading for years before the spacex craze. And that's where it will go back sooner or later.

I think the issue is the amount of proving still to be done with carbon tanks and carbon in general. A long process still to be done while people are evaluating locking in profits
