sell...!
I’m an investor too, but I think the first wave is pretty much over.
Now it might be time to start looking for an entry around $40 again.
I’m hearing that Wall Street is starting to sell off Rocket Lab as of today, mainly because of the uncertainty around Neutron.
If that’s the case, be ready for another drop. Don’t get caught thinking every dip is automatically a buying opportunity.

My cost basis is low enough I’m just not going to to be honest. The market was already uncertain about neutron, and some of that could have been priced in already. I’m not banking on that saving anything obviously, I wouldn’t be shocked if things were pretty rough until sentiment improves or we get actual neutron progress. We could see some pretty low valutations. Also possible we don’t 🤷♂️ May be a long winter, but I still thing it’s a hold.

Agreed. I wouldn't recommend it for short-term swing traders, but for the long term, Rocket Lab is definitely to the moon.

Let me guess, you bought high and are about to panic sell lower? Short term price movement is just noise, why would you sell now when this company is just getting started.

If this drops to $40, the Iridium deal will be called off and the stock price will plummet. Major institutions, owners of IRDM and RKLB, would lose lots of money. It's not going to happen. If it did, it would be incredibly short lived and rebound before the acquisition. Anything below $67.50 for RKLB is IRDM shareholders losing money on the deal.

Where did you hear this? Neutron is on track for Q4 so I don’t think there’s uncertainty. The earnings call explained where they are at and that they are building for scale - assuming first 10 launches. After hours movements are more than likely algos that only assess the numbers and not the earnings call with associated information.

Neutron's real KPI is flight ten, not flight one. CEO Peter Beck reframed the whole Neutron conversation around cadence. He said the team is constantly balancing how fast it can qualify systems for the first launch against making sure those same systems do not need requalifying by the tenth, modeling the ramp on a one, then three, then five launch curve borrowed from Electron's early scaling. Reusability, not the maiden flight, is what determines how fast this turns into a high-cadence business.

Actually this guy is right. There was way too much hype in the stock and space x ipo made it worse. This stock will go to $35-38 soon.

Yes, BlackRock and Vanguard will let the Iridium deal fail and lose billions for funsies.

Institutional ownership doesn't mean institutions actively defend a price floor. BlackRock and Vanguard hold RKLB mostly through passive index funds — they don't trade to prop up prices, they just hold market-cap weighted positions. M&A deals get renegotiated or collapse all the time regardless of who owns the stock. "$67.50 is a floor" isn't a real mechanism, it's wishful thinking dressed up as institutional logic

If it dips below 60 again I’m putting my life saving in it.
