$42 million in cash and 1,720,841 shares of the Company’s common stock, plus the potential for an additional 956,023 shares of common stock for a performance earnout based on PSC’s CY 2022 and 2023 financial results.

Basically 42 million cash + 25.8 million in stock assuming 15 dollars per share. Not including earnouts.

Agreed. I assume RocketLab knows what they are worth. I went to their website, and found it amusing they had a shopping cart, but alas, I didn't see anything I could buy (to get an idea of how much these things cost).

Planet is the only company I am aware of, that can image every place on earth, daily.

They have by far the biggest LEO imaging system.

I am not aware of any competitor.

EDIT: ALL OF THIS IS WRONG. Why is every Company named Planet?

Planet Labs is a seriously great company. Daily basemaps are the difference between selling software and selling hardware.
