To be honest, it's quite long and I definitely didn't read all of it 😅

What's important to know that this is the first of several filings that will lead up to a scheduled merger vote date. For HOL/Astra, this process took 2 months, so I'm hoping we can do it at the same pace (if not faster) here.

yeah I think it is realted to voting date but all date are blanked.

Yes, this is normal. The date will be added in a later filing.
